The homes are positioned sensitively on the site respectful of the local and wider landscape in a way which is congruous to traditional rural built form in terms of massing, materiality, scale, detail, orientation and form.

The single story houses are designed to nestle into the landscape to which they should remain visually subservient in order to protect the visual amenity of the existing landscape around the peninsula.
